As passionate outdoors people, we believe that there are so many life lessons to be learnt during a stay with us. By placing young people in adventurous situations, they are required to make decisions and behave in ways that are new and challenging. Whether is it the personal decision to participate in an activity such as abseiling, or the responsibility that is given to an individual in belaying a friend whilst climbing, every day will provide a new experience!

All of our activities are designed to push individuals to discover their own minds and limits, within a safe and supportive environment. Although all of our instructors will do everything to put participants at ease, it is fully up to the individual to choose. Such an obvious decision to take part or not is a key part of the unique personal development opportunity that the outdoor environment provides.

We provide you with a personal service from start to finish, reducing the pressure placed on you! By working with you to tailor your package to your requirements we can ensure you achieve the most from your stay, at a budget that’s right for you. Simply work with our team to add elements to our base package to create a bespoke programme that suits your group’s needs.




 


 

Enjoy an action packed week or short stay with Rock and Rapid Adventures, based in our teepee camp. We can accommodate groups of up to 48 people for a unique outdoor experience, with your choice from our wide range of activities. Located on Exmoor at our Lake facility, we have all the activities and facilities in place for you to use. We will keep your group entertained during the day and in the evening with our fun, exhilarating, challenging and inspirational activities.

We provide all the food during your stay. Breakfast will be a selection of cereals, then a packed lunch, and an evening meal that we can cook over an open campfire. Transport can also be provided if required.
